I accidently ate coffee today.. (note: ate) it was hidden within this irresistable donut from my friend, nat.. i thought the filling should be melted chocolates.. it's relatively hard to avoid coffee... otherwise, the donut was good ^^... been coping well with the coffee-quitting campaign... except, it has been difficult to stay up and concentrate on studies.. been trying other alternatives like tea, milo, music.. still trying.. ^^
my mum suggested this, some ginseng essence... and it tasted terrible! yuck!!

(repeat, MODERATION)..In fact, coffee reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, liver cirrhosis and gout (Klatsky et al :Coffee, Cirrhosis, and Transaminase Enzymes, Archives of Internal Medicine 166 (11): 1190–1195) so, i suppose, you could continue your morning dose of coffee ^^
ReplyDeletei was a cafein addict with up to 3 cups of thick coffee at night,..it was on august last year, i made the big decision to quit coffee... why?-you may ask, well, you could read and figure out yourself ^^ @
