erm.... i'm not really sure what stupid things you do but if it's a habit den you can write a note and paste it on the wall. Every morning when you wake up, you'll see that note and it automatic reminds you not to do it.
If it's on other stuff, perhaps you should call ur close friends to prevent you to do it?
but sometimes if everything doesn't work, we just have to learn it the hard way... which is repeating mistakes till we realize and would not repeat it again. Life is a lesson by itself.
